The breakfast was good with a variety of food options. the restaurant food was great. - Central location is a plus, with a shopping area and main market nearby.

Location was good and hotel was ok

I have stayed in this hotel atleast 5 times n eachtime I promise not to come back to it due to the unfriendly behaviour of the staff..since I go to bkk a lot so I have stayed in other hotels in the same vicinity n can assure that for the same price they r better...breakfast is very limited and rooms r dirty..

Sorry - the only pleasing aspect of our stay at White Palace was the location.

Did not receive a room (as per Booked.net) with a balcony, flat screen TV, electric kettle, separate shower, hairdryer, also had an ashtray in the room indicating a "smoking" room. Item by item, possibly not a big deal, but collectively we were very disappointed. When we questioned reception about our issues, were told Booked.net "had got it wrong!" We had the feeling we were just shunted into any old room, not spacious and elegant as per description, and told to make do! Breakfast was also below standard with what we expected. We would be interested in hearing your response to our comments as we have used Booked.net for numerous hotels throughout our Thailand trip.

The personnel were efficient and qualified and made me feel welcome. the room was clean and available with a good view outside and queen bed. - the location of the hotel was particularly good and ideal - just a short stroll away from Central World Shopping Plaza.

Great location! Good breakfast and the room is quite comfortable to stay! They offer tour guide package at the receptonist and very worth it!

Great location in a convenient area close to a shopping center and a 7-11 store. Don't forget to check out My Cafe or the Sport Bar nearby for a cup of tea or coffee ☕️. the rooms here have lovely interiors and are spacious, with big comfy pillows and beds.

Had excellent experience, overall absolutely brilliant place.

Clean hotel, thoroughly enjoyed to be close enough to a Familymart convenience store, all the shopping malls and city center and all markets and malls thanks to particularly good location. The room was clean but not painted and available as on the pictures shown. We had pretty decent and good breakfast with a warm water, other food in BKK and pork.

Good location, reasonable breakfast

We booked a twin room with an extra bed. The extra bed was also confirmed by the E-mail from the hotel. However, when we checked in, the first thing they asked was to make the payment which included also charge for extra bed (500 BHT per night). However, there was no extra bed in our room. When we complained, they brought one, but only frame with mattress: no bed linens,no blanket, no pillow case. We refused from this type of extra bed. The staff was rude, they refused to give the extra charge uback. NEVER PAY BEFORE HAVING SEEING THE ROOM. Due to this event I will not recommend this hotel to anybody.

The cozy and comfy room is just like in the pictures. Ideal location for visiting cafés and restaurants. - Walking distance to a shopping area and a main market. - Good restaurant with excellent food.

Well appointed room with large bed, plenty of sockets and a good sized bathroom. Balcony an added extra and was pleasant.

This hotel is so clean and it's in the perfect spot for all the shopping spots. They have a ton of yummy breakfast options 🥐.

Location is very good: 10min from rail and 10min from central malls.

Building isn't in its best condition and it isn't extremely clean. Balcony in particular so dirty that you couldn't step on it.
